Ingredients:

  • strawberries

  • yogurt : make sure to use something that is low in sugar (<5g per serving)

  • toppings

    • chia seeds

    • shredded coconut

    • shredded dark chocolate

    • hemp seeds

    • anything else your heart desires

Directions:

  1. Dip strawberry into yogurt + cover well

  2. Dip strawberry into desired topping

  3. Eat!

These are best eaten the day you make them.  They can also be refrigerated before serving.
