This is the easiest + healthiest way to enjoy Springtime berries. This recipe is fully customizable for endless topping options + a fun project to get the kids involved in.
Ingredients:
strawberries
yogurt : make sure to use something that is low in sugar (<5g per serving)
We used greek yogurt here but a dairy free coconut yogurt would be great too!
toppings
chia seeds
shredded coconut
shredded dark chocolate
hemp seeds
anything else your heart desires
Directions:
Dip strawberry into yogurt + cover well
Dip strawberry into desired topping
Eat!
These are best eaten the day you make them. They can also be refrigerated before serving.
